Retainers include Option A — Essential Payroll ($400/month) and Option B — Premium HR & Payroll Retainer ($700/month). A La Carte services include Fractional Payroll, Employee Handbook Development, I-9 Compliance Audit, and Wellness Workshops.
What is included in Option A — Essential Payroll?
Option A is our Essential Payroll retainer at $400 per month. It includes bi-weekly payroll processing, tax filing oversight, and basic local PA compliance support. This is a month-to-month contract with no long-term commitment required.
What is included in Option B — Premium HR & Payroll Retainer?
Option B is our Premium HR & Payroll Retainer at $700 per month. It includes everything in Option A — bi-weekly payroll processing, tax filing oversight, and basic local PA compliance — plus up to 2 hours of on-call HR consulting per month. Like Option A, this is a month-to-month contract with no long-term commitment required.
Are the monthly retainers locked into a long-term contract?
No! Both Option A (Essential Payroll at $400/month) and Option B (Premium HR & Payroll Retainer at $700/month) operate on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract required, giving your business the flexibility to adjust as your needs change.
What are your A La Carte service options and pricing?
Our A La Carte services include: Fractional Payroll at $350 flat rate for up to 10 employees ($10 per additional employee); Employee Handbook Development starting at $1,000 (with an optional distribution add-on of $500 drafting + $10 per signature); I-9 Compliance Audit at $150 startup fee + $25 per file reviewed; and Wellness Workshops at $350 flat rate + $15 per add-on for extra materials.
